Round 3: Spain

We all headed for Paul and Dez's spanish villa in the Vauxhall region for round 3 of Iron Chef. Claire kicked off the Spain-themed night with a perfectly-spiced squid paella cooked in squid ink.
Paul brought out the flavour of that onion ingredient in his main of beef on homemade foccacia with onion salad.
Michael topped off the evening with a smooth and tasty Crema Catalana - creme brulee spanish style!
Shaun totted up the scores on the Napkin of Truth. And the winner was: Claire!

Round 3: Secrect Ingredient and Theme

Paul thought long and hard, or perhaps quickly and half-heartedly, who knows, and announced the theme of...

SPAIN!
